I just applied to the Teacher Education program and was accepted. It wasn't to complicated to follow the process. There is a checklist online on their website but one thing that's important to do is to start early so that you make sure everything gets done in plenty of time. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient is that there aren't many time slots for the Praxis test on campus so many of the people I knew had to leave campus and drive at least an hour to get to a place to take the test before the application was due.

The inital enrollment and application was easy, but after that you had to call and stay on the people to do their job, otherwise nothing would get done. I graduated May 11th, 2019. The ceremony was also on the 11th. I was cleared to graduate and walk on the 14th or 15th, and it's now in the middle of June and I still have not received a diploma. My advice to everyone is avoid ASTATE!

Awesome school for the bang for the buck. You save money since you don't have to pay college tuition fees. You also have the option to take 8-week courses so you can get more hours per semester and only focus on a certain number of classes for a 8-week period then 5 or 6 classes for a 16-week period.

Books are rather expensive at times, but you don't have to get your books from the school. Books are relatively cheaper than most schools. Its the best place to go to school if you are just using aid or paying out of pocket.
