With Bethany being a small school, it allows you to truly know your professors. The faculty here is one of the main reasons I’ve stayed at Bethany College. They’ve made me more confident in my work and have done their best to make sure I succeed.

Despite the size of Bethany, its vast array of alumni connections, in addition to its rigorous yet thought provoking course load, provides any student the opportunity to excel in the field they’ve selected. Specifically, Bethany’s Political Science, History, and Pre-law Departments teach students proper research and writing skills, which prove useful when pursuing higher education or entering the workforce.

The size of Bethany’s campus allows for more opportunities to pursue teaching assistantships and research opportunities than more prominent universities. In addition, Bethany’s psychology department enables students to pursue research and assists students in developing their empirical studies for presentation and publication.

I came from a smaller high school where we had a close-knit group of friends, and that has transferred over to a great group of friends here at Bethany as well. Bethany has been a great steppingstone, both for my future in golf and in the classroom.
