Professors

Student

My experience at Green River College has been very positive. I appreciate the supportive learning environment, helpful professors, and the many resources available to students, such as tutoring and advising. The flexible class options: online, hybrid, and in-person. Make it easy to balance school with other responsibilities. I also enjoy the diverse community, which has helped me learn from different perspectives.

Green River College is very diverse and has more options ofr nursing progrms than other colleges or technical schools offer. I was able to enroll in an LPN bridge program and still work at my office job while attending classes. The only changes I would like to see are currently being worked on by the nursing program.

Student

My experience at Green River College has been really positive. The professors are supportive and genuinely care about students' success. I appreciate the small class sizes because they make it easier to participate and connect with both instructors and classmates. The campus has a welcoming atmosphere, and there are plenty of resources, like tutoring centers and career services, that help students stay on track.

Campus and vibes

Student

Great college. The clubs were pretty fun, many exchange students (as far as I knew), with hardworking staff and students. The campus is seriously gorgeous.

My overall experience at Green River College has been a blast! Most of my friends from high school attend this college too, so I don't feel as disconnected or uncomfortable in the newly founded environment of college life. I liked the immense diversity of cultures and personalities I've met at Green River, as well as the kind and great instructing from my professors.

Student

The advisors and staff are incredibly helpful. The advisors care a lot about the students and will do their best to set students up for success. When I visited campus, the environment is beautiful and in a great location nearby many restaurants, stores, etc. There are multiple campuses so the opportunities in the area can vary.

Student

Green river is a beautiful college with an open atmosphere where there is always someway to get involved and have fun. The smaller class sizes of a community college means that you have more resources at your disposal as you are learning. The trail on campus is a nice way to clear your head and to go out and see the amazing plant life present on campus.

Student

I love green river! There is so much to get involved in and so many options for classes and degrees.

Student

What I like about Green River community college is the student life, there's a lot of activities to attend, clubs to join, great ways to meet new people! also it has some good food.
