Student

Loved my experience at HLGU. I got a great education with real life classroom experiences. The professors were knowledgeable.

Student

I have hear nothing but great things about this university and their programs. I have had many friends attend their nursing program, and although it was challenging it was also worth it. The program kept them on their toes and on top of all the info they needed. I also took classes here in high school and enjoyed them very much, enough for me to plan on attending to complete my bachelors degree.

Campus and vibes

Current Student

I have had a really good experience at HLG. It seems since the new president came, most everything has improved. Housing was good and I made a lot of friends. I really liked my professors and the new nursing director was great. Hannibal is a small town but there is some history here which is fun to learn about. Academically, I found it to be challenging but reasonable. It is a Baptist school so be prepared to go to chapel. I found that most all people here are very godly and nice folks.
