The education that I received from Lander University prepared me for the world of work. As a psychology major, I was able to use what I learned to help me to better interact with others. In addition, I was able to apply what I learned in the classroom directly to my job.

I attended Lander University as an incoming junior. I had just recently graduated from a small two year school called Spartanburg Methodist College in Spartanburg, SC. When I was looking at other schools to transfer to, I thought about my SMC experience and how I felt it was so important that I received the same opportunity and family oriented environment that I did from my SMC.
