Student reviews

Professors

Current Student

I love how much the professors truly care about the students! Samford is also huge on student involvement, and there are so many clubs/organizations to get involved with!

Campus and vibes

Current Student

I'm loving my experience at Samford so far! I've found amazing like-minded Christian friends, I've been academically stimulated (especially by my peers outside of class, which is wonderful), and I've been able to grow towards becoming an adult. It's been a wonderful time.

Current Student

Great place to receive a well-rounded education! Its Christian aspects also give students to explore their faith in an academic and spiritual manor. One thing to know is that Samford is a dry campus, and there are visitation hours for opposite genders. Also, you cannot move off campus until you are 21.

Alumni

My time at samford was nothing but amazing. Samford does a great job of putting their students first, whether it be incoming or current students, everything they do is to better our time here.

Current Student

I like the people and professors there. The classes offered there are usually informative and well structured. I have had bad experiences with housing and food, however. The admin need to consider the needs of the students first, as they seem more focused on superficial things rather than what’s important.
