This is the most expensive nursing program in the state of Texas, with a tuition cost of approximately $90,000. Everyone who goes here ends up failing the NCLEX! The school was put on probation. This school thinks nursing is a joke so the teachers make you do edapt to teach yourself and NEVER teach in class.

Alumni

Chamberlain University provided me with an increase knowledge and understanding in my 29 year nursing career. The staff are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. The courses enabled me to continue to work full time while being a wife and mother.

Student

This is the first school I am really happy at. I love the curriculum and the organization at this school. I think that the courses are very doable and organized. I like the opportunities and resources the school offers.

Campus and vibes

Alumni

As a former BSN graduate in 2010 who returned to Chamberlain in 2022 to pursue an MSN degree, I believe this institution has lost its focus on its foundation of Deaconess nurse training and education.Chamberlain’s primary focus seems to be financial gain. The application process promises things like “preceptor pledge” and accelerated graduation, but these are often not fulfilled.

Current Student

I decided to further my education in Nursing after more than 20 years. I am a wife and mother. I work full time, and I am active in my church. Chamberlain University's online platform has prepared me for success. The admission process was painless, and the faculty is very accommodating and professional.

Student

I love Chamberlain University; It offers opportunities and diversity in every area. This school has fostered my growth and independence, helping me become the best version of myself in my career. The professors and faculty members are fully committed to helping you achieve your goals.Overall, I would give Chamberlain University a 5 stars.

Student

As an associate degree nurse, it is an obligation that we obtain our BSN degree within a year to five years (depending on the organization in which you work as an RN). I have chosen Chamberlain University as it was highly rated among my fellow nursing students from my community college. They recommended other schools, but most praised Chamberlain.

Student

Overall the school as it is now can earn an average mark and overall is a second rate nursing school, not the worst, not the best. If you have some sort of healthcare experience you can use Chamberlain to achieve your goals because it is accredited and if you study on your own, pay attention during lectures and are an engaged student, you will succeed.

At first I was so happy to start! As a single mom working full time and trying to become a nurse with there flexible schedule but it has become so hard! With tuition increasing twice in the same year! so many changes from edapts not being core anymore and professors don’t know what’s on the exam!! And scholarships umm yeah okay!! No help!

Current Student

I am currently attending Chamberlain University, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. One aspect that stands out is the accelerated program, which allows students to complete their degrees in a shorter timeframe. This is an excellent option for those looking to enter the workforce more quickly. While the tuition is on the higher side, I believe it is worth the investment.
