Campus and vibes

Student

CMC is truly the most unique school. Certainly not for everyone, but perfect for me. The social life is what you make of it. Never going to be like a frat party, but amazing in it's own way. Every party feels like your best friends birthday. Such a tight-knit community where everyone truly cares about each other. People gossip, but in a caring way, not a cutting-elbows way. Academics are obviously top-notch, and career services are INSANE. They legitimately hold your hand and won't let you leave unemployed.

Student

Claremont McKenna College has truly exceeded my expectations in my first semester. The small class sizes foster close relationships with professors who genuinely care about their students' success. The academic rigor is balanced by an incredibly supportive community among peers and within the larger Claremont Consortium, which provides access to endless resources and opportunities. The campus culture emphasizes collaboration and leadership, creating a motivating academic and personal growth environment. Plus, the sunny Southern California weather and proximity to LA make it an exciting place to explore. Overall, it’s been an amazing start to college life!
