Student reviews

Professors

Current Student

BMCC has been a great starting point for me. The professors are supportive, the campus is diverse, and the advisors really help with planning for transfer.

Current Student

The course scheduling is inflexible, especially for required math classes—there aren’t enough sections during the semester, forcing students to take summer classes and pay extra tuition.

Campus and vibes

Current Student

Borough Of Manhattan CC is a wonderful college that has helped me adjusting to college life and New York City. The diversity, and meeting from people from all over the world, listening to their vibrant opinions and experiences is just incredible.

Current Student

In terms of knowledge if you have the mind set to learn you will learn. But student life is dead. Its somewhat hard to find people to hangout with.

Parent

This is the best community college in NYC. My son needed a place to regroup after a difficult first year at a 4-year college and BMCC has been fantastic. The teachers really care about their students.
