Campus and vibes

Sophomore

While there isn’t much to do in town, the student affairs office makes sure that there are always something for students to do or get involved in. There are many clubs and extracurriculars students can get involved in, and all of the students are so friendly and welcoming. While the freshmen dorms are small, the sophomore dorms and campus apartments are pretty nice and give you plenty of space separate from your roommate.

Sophomore

There are a variety of common areas in the dorms as well and one work out room per dorm building for freshmen and sophomores. Also, the laundry is free so you do not have to worry about bringing quarters or using swipes to get things cleaned. The campus is absolutely gorgeous, especially in the fall. There are several fountains and many trees across campus. The Tundra is a wide, open space were events take place.

Freshman

Don’t let the small town fool you. ONU is a great school. Knowledgeable professors, lots of extra curricular activities, and great athletic programs. The small school vibe is amazing, students are generally very nice and you will know so many people on campus before you know it.

Freshman

There is a great camraderie between the athletic teams and most of the teams are very successful and highly competitive in the Ohio Atheltic Conference. All of the colleges have great accredidations and the value of the degree is worth the price. As for the social aspect, there aren’t a ton of bars but it’s not hard to find a good house party.

Alumni

The campus provides so many opportunities to get involved and stay active on campus. Courses are difficult but fair, and the social scene is what you make of it!
