Professors

Student

My experience at Arizona College of Nursing in Las Vegas has been one of the best. I transferred my credits from the College of Southern Nevada to Arizona and it was a wise choice. I was able to finish 10 classes in no time. All the professors have greatly impacted my life and how I study.

Student

I have learned so much from them. In August of 2024, I will be attending core classes. The professors and deans make sure you are passing your classes. There are weekly tutor sessions that you can participate in if you need more assistance. They also provide all the books and materials for students. I highly recommend people who are looking to be a nurse to attend this school.

Campus and vibes

Current Student

What I enjoy most about Arizona college of nursing is that they provided assistance when you feel like giving up. Not many of us in nursing school have much support when it comes to family. The professors make it easy for us to sit down and talk about anything we need in order to keep our minds clear to pass our classes. Whenever we have financial issues they help provided resources to keep us moving. I do wish we had different food options as it’s all packaged and high sodium foods.

Student

I'm still doing my prerequisites but my experience at Arizona College of Nursing has been great so far. The staff at AZCN are all very nice and accommodating. Additionally, several resources are given to ensure that us students do well. The guidelines and events are also very organized as they send emails regarding any updates and opportunities. I like that they schedule the classes for us, but a schedule change request form is available per session to ensure that we can maximize our schedules. Overall, my experience with AZCN has been very smooth.

Student

The admissions team were all very helpful. The professors are well versed in their curriculum. The only downside was one financial aid advisor made multiple mistakes and never apologized for them. They essentially made me think I had to pay $400 less than what I actually did.

Student

I have not begun my online classes yet but so far everything has been extremely smooth. I have done online meetings with the financial aid counselor which was successful.

Student

I am a transfer student and this is my first semester at Arizona College and I love it! the faculty is so helpful and the teachers actually cares about you. I transferred from another las vegas college and this college is a completely different experience.

Student

I have really enjoyed attending this college! Great faculty and an overall amazing program! The staff are passionate about what they do-- so it makes you feel like you matter and they are happy to teach you! The program is set up so you earn you Registered Nursing degree with a Bachelors and it is a fast program. It is hybrid (both online and campus), so it is a bit speedy but manageable. It is in a great location of Vegas and seems very safe. The class sizes are moderately small so you can really get to know your teachers and build a good connection. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone who is looking to become a registered nurse with a BSN.
